Cancellation and Lateness Policy 

Recent changes to my business set up have led me to review my policies on cancellations and lateness.
  
Here at The Body Clinic I understand that things can change and sometimes appointments have to be rearranged. 
  
In my desire to be effective and fair to all my clients and myself, the therapist, I ask for at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rearranging an appointment. This allows for the slot to be filled, from the waiting list and also means that I don’t suffer any loss of income.  

If less than 24 hours notice is given there will be a charge of 50% of the appointment fee.   

If no notice is given and you do not turn up for your appointment you will be charged the full appointment fee.  

In the case of arriving late, please be aware that your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours or indeed to enable me to finish work at the pre-arranged time. You will still be responsible for the cost of the full session.   

If for some reason I am not on time, if convenient to you, I will make up the extra time or adjust the price of the session accordingly.
